10,000 Hours

If Malcolm Gladwell’s theory is right, the kids are well on their way to becoming Wii superstars.

They had the chance to put in a few hours of practice at the neighborhood’s fun fair on Saturday. Even better that it was rained out – with no other kids around, there were no lines to wait in and they had the run of the games.  Both Finn and Bronwyn practiced their bowling and Finn even branched out – he attempted the “knock down the milk can with a beanbag” game. We had to tear them away when it was time to leave.

Watch out Grandpa, these two will give you a run for your money next time we visit!

Ivar _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push([‘_setAccount’, ‘UA-22845532-1’]); _gaq.push([‘_trackPageview’]); (function() { var ga = document.createElement(‘script’); ga.type = ‘text/javascript’; ga.async = true; ga.src = (‘https:’ == document.location.protocol ? ‘https://ssl’ : ‘http://www’) + ‘.google-analytics.com/ga.js’; var s = document.getElementsByTagName(‘script’)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })();
